Service Plans |
Viscotek offers a variety of service plan options to support your instrument or system after expiration of your warranty. The plan you choose will depend on the type of service you require. Regardless of whether you choose a service plan or you decide to perform service yourself in-house, Viscotek Technical
Service is always available with free customer phone support.
Preventative Maintenance (PM) Plans are designed to keep your equipment up and running with a minimal amount of down time. These plans include a specific number of visits during the course of a year by a trained Technical Service Representative. Each visit entails a thorough overhaul and diagnosis of your equipment, replacement of identified parts and verification of appropriate system operation.
Service Contracts are available for a period of one year or multiple years, and cover all the expenses associated with instrument repair and parts, including labor. Service contracts are generally provided on a return-to-depot basis, and can be combined with PM visits to maximize your system availability and productivity.
Validation Services are also available for accounts concerned with GLP requirements or those operating under strict government or regulatory (FDA) guidelines. IQ/OQ and IQ/OQ/PQ is dependent upon the system make-up and configuration.
