Specifically designed for the characterization of natural and synthetic polymers, copolymers, proteins, nanoparticles and other macromolecules, these components represent the pinnacle in performance from the leader in GPC/SEC.

Whether you are implementing your first GPC System or you're in need of components to expand your existing system, Viscotek has the perfect solution.

COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES
GPCmax GPCmaxTM Pump / Autosampler / Degasser Module
Introducing GPCmaxTM, the world’s first integrated pump, autosampler and degasser module specifically designed for GPC/SEC applications. It mates seamlessly with Viscotek's Triple Detector Array, Viscotek's Dual Detector or a simple concentration detector to form a complete GPC/SEC system.
Vortex VortexTM Autoprep / Autosampler Module
The VortexTM autosampler is a significant new development in automated sample preparation and delivery for DSV and High Temp GPC. It consists of an integrated autosampling device and multi-vial stirrer and is designed to increase efficiency, enhance precision and promote operator safety.
GPC Autosampler GPC Autosampler
The Viscotek GPC Autosampler is specifically designed for GPC using a fixed volume sample loop for excellent reproducibility. The easy programming and variable wash programs combined with a large vial capacity give the autosampler maximum flexibility.
GPC Pump GPC Pump
The Viscotek GPC Pump is a programmable dual piston pump that provides reproducible flow with the low pulsation required for GPC– especially multi-detection GPC.
GPC Degasser GPC Degasser
The Viscotek membrane Degasser works in-line, degassing eluent for optimal pump performance and improved detector baselines. The multi-channel membrane degasser is chemically resistant to a wide range of GPC eluents and has 2, 3 or 4 channels, each of which can be used for a different eluent.
Solvent Saver Solvent Saver
Recycling solvents is beneficial for most organic solvents. Recycling can not only save money on solvent expenses, but there are many benefits to your entire GPC system. Constant flow from the pump prolongs the life of pump pistons, seals, and check valves by keeping them clean and free of precipitation and oxidation buildup caused by static conditions.
Complete Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) / Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) systems for the characterization of natural and synthetic polymers, proteins, conjugates and excipients. Integrated Triple and Tetra Detector Arrays (TDAs) featuring Low Angle Light Scattering (LALS) detectors, four capillary differential viscometer detectors, refractometers and UV/VIS detectors; in a single experiment, obtain absolute molecular weight, molecular size, intrinsic viscosity, conformation, branching, aggregation and copolymer composition. Flow Injection Polymer Analysis (FIPA) for fast, accurate and precise average molecular weight, size and intrinsic viscosity in routine QA/QC and process control. Automated Dilute Solution Viscosity (DSV) systems provide relative, inherent, and intrinsic viscosity.
