DLS Components and Accessories
DLS: Components and Accessories
Enhance your Dynamic Light-Scattering System for the following applications:

DLS AccessoriesOnline DLS
With a quartz flow cell in place of the standard batch cell, the 802DLS instantly becomes a sensitive online detector for rapid hydrodynamic radius measurement in any chromatography system.

Molecular Weight and A2 Determination
Combine with the same quartz flow cell and OmniSIZE software using classical light scattering to measure absolute molecular weight and second viral coefficient (A2) for proteins and many polymers.

Sample Cells
The instrument is supplied with a 12µl quartz glass sample cell. Additional quartz cells are available in 2µl or 45µl; and standard larger volume glass or disposable cells can also be used. The sample is fully recoverable.

Well Plates
HorizonDLS™ is designed for use with a wide range of industry standard 96 or 384 well micro-plates

Complete Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) / Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) systems for the characterization of natural and synthetic polymers, proteins, conjugates and excipients. Integrated Triple and Tetra Detector Arrays (TDAs) featuring Low Angle Light Scattering (LALS) detectors, four capillary differential viscometer detectors, refractometers and UV/VIS detectors; in a single experiment, obtain absolute molecular weight, molecular size, intrinsic viscosity, conformation, branching, aggregation and copolymer composition. Flow Injection Polymer Analysis (FIPA) for fast, accurate and precise average molecular weight, size and intrinsic viscosity in routine QA/QC and process control. Automated Dilute Solution Viscosity (DSV) systems provide relative, inherent, and intrinsic viscosity.
