Technical Service Engineer
We have an immediate opening in our Customer Service Department for a Technical Service Engineer. Individual will be based in Houston, Texas.
The individual will be required to:
- Repair Viscotek products
- Install new instruments
- Train clients in instrument and software use
- Perform validation services
- Assist in teaching GPC schools
- Diagnose instrument issues
- Interact with customers from the US, Canada, and Mexico
- Work with Engineering/Production department
- Lift heavy instrument (up to 80 lbs)
- Travel internationally
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and credit card for expenses (expenses rerimbursed monthly)
The ideal candidate will have a 4-year college degree BS/BA in Chemistry and have at least 3 years experience in HPLC in a pharmaceutical / biological environment. Prior experience with HPLC equipment is preferred. Demonstrated aptitude in the use of a variety of desktop computer hardware, operating systems is also helpful.

Service Engineer
The European Technical Center in the Netherlands would like to increase their staff and are looking for a Service Engineer. This person needs to be familiar with HPLC/GPC and needs to be willing to travel in Europe.
